808 Create was born at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, where creativity, comedy and adaptability go hand in hand. Today, from our bases in Shepperton and Derbyshire, we support some extraordinary productions from the BBC’s Glastonbury coverage, loads of Netflix Comedy Specials, theatre shows to incredible music videos.
Working between different creative worlds means ideas don’t stay in one place. Experience gained on one production often unlocks solutions for the next, bringing fresh thinking, practical knowledge and technical confidence to every project.
Every project has its own rhythm. Big ideas are exciting. Bringing them to life is where things get interesting.
One week we’re lighting a television studio. The next we’re installing power in a field or delivering an immersive experience. Working across different productions keeps us curious, adaptable and always looking for better ways to do things.
